The Chinese shareholder is China Architecture Design Research Group (CAG), and the foreign shareholder is Hong Kong Sen Yang International Limited Company.中國建筑設(shè)計研究院是以原建設(shè)部建筑設(shè)計院、中國建筑技術(shù)研究院為母體，吸納中國市政工程華北設(shè)計研究院、建設(shè)部城市建設(shè)研究院為所屬單位，于２００４年４月組建的科技型中央企業(yè)，隸屬于國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會管理。CAG was founded in April in 2004 by the merger of the Architecture Design Institute Ministry of Construction and the China Building Technology Development Center. Additionally, CAG also acquired the North China Municipal Engineering Design Research Institute and the China Urban Construction Research Institute. CAG projects include: Beijing Railway Station, China Art Gallery, Beijing National Library, Beijing International Hotel, Shenzhen Gymnasium, Office Building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R. China, Beijing Wanquan Legacy Homes, Huzhou East Bai Yu Tan Community, Project to Divert Water from Luan River to Tianjin, Beijing Gas Plant Expansion, Beijing National Main Stadium, Xizhimen Traffic Hub and the Capital Museum.
