工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：8年以上
任職資格：
1、八年以上城市規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)立完成方案并主持運(yùn)作項(xiàng)目，熟悉國內(nèi)規(guī)劃規(guī)范；
2、較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及表現(xiàn)能力，熟練掌握電腦繪圖軟件或有較強(qiáng)的手繪能力。在大型城市規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目、社區(qū)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目上提供強(qiáng)有力的概念設(shè)計(jì)或指導(dǎo)，并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)從概念到施工圖完成項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)；
3、有責(zé)任心，工作態(tài)度積極主動，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能適應(yīng)外企高效率工作環(huán)境；
4、有大型設(shè)計(jì)院、合資或境外設(shè)計(jì)公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
5、具有注冊執(zhí)業(yè)資格、中、高級職稱者優(yōu)先考慮。

Position: Senior Planner （Team Head）
Major: Urban Design, Planning and Design
Education: Bachelor degree or above (including Bachelor)
Work experience: 8 years
Requirements:
1.Over 8 years urban planning experience, able to complete the program, familiar with national planning norms；
2.Strong creative concept design and presentation skills, proficiency in computer graphics software or strong freehand skills. In large urban planning projects, community planning projects and provide a strong conceptual design or guidance, and lead the team from concept to construction completion of the project planning and design;
3.Responsible, proactive work attitude, team spirit, able to adapt to Western efficient work environment, good communication skills and project management ability, experience the auspices of an independent project;
4.Large design institute, joint venture or abroad design firm's work experience is preferred.
5.Licensed certification holders are preferred.
