1、建筑學規(guī)劃學士學位或碩士學位；
2、語言要求：熟練國語；英語達四級或四級以上；
3、能獨立完成建筑方案和初步設計，具有3年以上相應的經驗，熟悉控制項目設計全過程；
4、較高的方案創(chuàng)作水平和較強的項目組織協(xié)調能力，熟悉主持協(xié)調各建筑專業(yè)的經驗；
5、較好把握業(yè)主需求，善于同業(yè)主溝通；
6、熟悉建筑專業(yè)相關標準及設計規(guī)范；
7、熟練操作各類繪畫軟件，如CAD 、Adobe Creative Suit , Sketchup或3Dmax 等；
8、工作主動、負責，善于溝通并有獨立的工作能力。具有較強團隊領導能力和合作意識；
9、有獨立的工作能力，工作態(tài)度認真、嚴謹，自我要求高。

B. Arch or M. Arch. Degree, or equivalent;
-Language requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin; CET4 or above;
-Able to complete the construction program and preliminary design independently, with 3 years relevant experience, familiar with the control of the whole process of project design;
-High level of conceptual design and a strong ability for organization and coordination of projects, experience with related building professionals;
-Good interaction and communication with clients;
-Familiar with the relevant standards of architecture and design specifications;
-Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup or 3Dmax, etc, both manual and digital drawing skills
-Must posses a good work initiative, responsibility, good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Must have strong team leadership and teamwork mentality.
-Ability to work independently, with a rigorous, self-demanding work attitude.
