1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)，需要進(jìn)行職業(yè)實(shí)踐的本科生或研究生
2. 對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)有熱情、有追求、思維敏銳、活躍
3. 具有一定的平面基礎(chǔ)和造型能力，基本功扎實(shí)，有良好的設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)悟力
4. 工作具有主動(dòng)性，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神5.　擅長(zhǎng)運(yùn)用AutoCAD、SketchUp、3D Max、 Rhino及Adobe CS等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件6. 有外資建筑設(shè)計(jì)公司工作或國(guó)外教育經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
7. 實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間不少于3個(gè)月
