Job summary
崗位職責(zé)：

1. Assist international lead architect with management of the design process.
協(xié)助外籍主創(chuàng)建筑師進(jìn)行設(shè)計管理工作；
2. Work independently to complete design tasks.
獨立完成設(shè)計任務(wù)；
3. Assist international architects to make sure our designs meet local submission requirements and technical standards.
協(xié)助外籍建筑師，對項目報建過程所涉及到的建筑設(shè)計技術(shù)條例，及相關(guān)法規(guī)進(jìn)行把關(guān)；
4. Assist design director with client liaison and project presentation.
協(xié)助設(shè)計主管與客戶溝通，并協(xié)助項目匯報相關(guān)工作。

Qualifications:
任職資格：

1. Degree in Architecture
建筑學(xué)學(xué)位；
2. At least 2 years of work experience as an assistant architect or architect
有2年以上設(shè)計師或助理設(shè)計師經(jīng)驗；
3. Knowledge of the National and Shenzhen building regulations.
熟悉國家及深圳市地方建筑法規(guī)；
4. Design experience on at least two of the following: commercial, office, mixed use, leisure and residential, including local unit design.
至少具備2種以上產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗：商業(yè)、辦公、綜合體，休閑、住宅，尤其是深圳本地戶型設(shè)計；
5. Understanding of all the design and construction phases.
對項目從設(shè)計到施工的整體流程有一定理解；
6. Capable use of a range of design software – AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe CS, with some knowledge of either Revit or Rhino.
熟練掌握Auto CAD,懂得Revit相關(guān)知識更佳；
7. Experience of meeting and presenting to clients
具備與客戶會談及進(jìn)行成果匯報的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。
