任職資格：
1. 建筑專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2. 外籍人士，年齡在26歲以上；
3. 從事本專業(yè)技術(shù)設(shè)計工作3年以上，并獨立主持過大中型工程項目從方案至擴初以上的設(shè)計過程；
4. 具有本專業(yè)比較扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)；
5. 具有較強的項目創(chuàng)作能力、控制能力及表達能力；
6. 具有良好的溝通學(xué)習(xí)能力及團隊協(xié)作精神；
7. 熟練掌握計算機繪圖技術(shù)及其他基本計算機工作軟件。

Qualification：
1.Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture;
2.Foreign nationality, above 26years old;
3.Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field, management of medium and large scale projects from concept scheme to expanded preliminary design independently;
4.Having excellent theoretical basis in urban planning;
5.Having strong project invention ability, control ability and oral and written communication skills;
6.Good at communicating with others, in teamwork spirit and having a good learning capacity;
7.Good skills in AutoCAD , MS Office, Sketch up, Photoshop, etc。
