1、有大型綜合項目規(guī)劃與設(shè)計經(jīng)驗；
2、具備優(yōu)良設(shè)計及表現(xiàn)能力；
3、具備團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力；
4、具備強烈的口頭和書面語言表達能力；
5、精通中國規(guī)劃和建筑施工操作慣例；
6、具備流利中英文語言能力；
7、擁有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
8、擁有建筑或規(guī)劃學(xué)士或碩士學(xué)位。


1、Experience　in　large-scale,　mixed-use　design　and　planning.
2、Knowledge　of　design　and　graphic　representation.
3、Knowledge　of　team leadership.
4、Knowledge　of　verbal　and　written　language　skills.
5、Knowledge　of　Chinese　planning/design/construction　regulations.
6、Knowledge　of　Mandarin-English skills.
7、More　than　5　years education　required.
8、Bachelors　or　Masters　in　Architecture.
