崗位職責(zé)：
1.獨(dú)立完成小型公建項目及居?。ㄐ。﹨^(qū)級住宅項目方案創(chuàng)作；
2.配合完成與甲方的溝通、匯報和協(xié)調(diào)工作；
3.學(xué)習(xí)掌握項目運(yùn)作流程；
任職資格：
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，兩年以上建筑設(shè)計工作經(jīng)歷；
2. 熟悉相關(guān)的建筑規(guī)范和設(shè)計流程；
3. 具有方案創(chuàng)作能力，能準(zhǔn)確理解、把握項目及業(yè)主需求；
4. 有良好的表達(dá)、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete schematic design of small scale public construction project and small scale residential area project.
2. Play a supporting role of communication, reporting and coordinating with the clients.
3. Learn to grasp the project operation procedure
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, at least two years working experience.
2. Familiar with relevant architectural standards and design procedure.
3. Ability of schematic design, able to comprehend and grasp the requirements of the clients.
4. Excellent expression and communication abilities, good team working spirit.
