崗位職責(zé)：
1. 獨(dú)立完成中型公建項(xiàng)目及居住區(qū)級(jí)住宅項(xiàng)目方案創(chuàng)作；
2. 項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)配合、方案報(bào)建及方案深化；
3. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目的建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作任務(wù)，施工圖配合及工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟進(jìn)；
4. 獨(dú)立完成與甲方的溝通、匯報(bào)和協(xié)調(diào)工作。
任職資格：
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，五年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)歷；
2. 熟悉掌握項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作流程；
3. 熟悉相關(guān)的建筑規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)流程；
4. 有良好的表達(dá)、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)；
5. 具有一定的項(xiàng)目管理能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
6. 對(duì)建筑藝術(shù)有執(zhí)著的追求，有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，具有良好的設(shè)計(jì)理念，極富活力。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete schematic design of medium scale public construction project and residential area project.
2. Complete the application for construction and concept development, cooperate in project bidding.
3. Lead the team to complete tasks of schematic design and coordinate with construction field.
4. Independently communicate, report and coordinate with the client
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, at least five years working experience.
2. Familiar with project operation procedure.
3. Familiar with relevant architectural standards and design procedure.
4. Excellent abilities of expression, communication and coordination, rigorous attention and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Abilities of project management and team management, good team working spirit.
6. Consist in pursuing the art of architecture, innovative, energy and have a good sense of design concept.
