崗位職責(zé)：

·提供新穎的高質(zhì)量景觀方案設(shè)計，完成各類景觀的專業(yè)設(shè)計；
·帶領(lǐng)、監(jiān)督并指導(dǎo)下屬設(shè)計師或團(tuán)隊完成景觀專業(yè)設(shè)計工作。


任職資格：

·具有豐富的住宅、商業(yè)及城市開發(fā)等項目的景觀設(shè)計經(jīng)驗；
·有項目負(fù)責(zé)人的工作經(jīng)驗和能力；
·正規(guī)院校景觀學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
·至少8年以上景觀設(shè)計或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗，含2年以上團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗；
·英語口語流利，熟悉專業(yè)詞匯，能與外籍同事無障礙溝通者優(yōu)先考慮；
·有同類外企工作經(jīng)驗者或英語國家留學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

- Providing innovative Landscape proposal with high quality. Deliver professional service of various civil Landscape projects;
- Leading, monitoring and directing the underling Landscape architect to achieve the goal;
- Rich landscape design experience of projects in residential, commercial or urban　development areas;
- Experience of and abilities to act as project manager;
- Bachelor\'s degree or above in lancscape or related majors;
- At least 8 years experience in landscape area, including 2+ years team leading experience;
- Fluent　oral　English,　knowledge　of　professional　vocabulary　and　ability　to　communicate　with　foreign　colleagues　without　difficulty　are　preferred;
- Working　experience　in　similar　foreign　companies　or　overseas　study　experience　in　English-speaking　countries　is　preferred.
