任職資格：
·具有優(yōu)秀的規(guī)劃創(chuàng)作能力和建筑規(guī)劃創(chuàng)意；
·主持或參與過大型工程項目設計，能理解、把握項目及業(yè)主需要、善于溝通協調；
·熟悉有關國家規(guī)范及專業(yè)規(guī)范；
·良好的手繪能力；
·城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)本科及其以上學歷；
·至少8年以上規(guī)劃領域設計經驗；
·英語口語流利，熟悉專業(yè)詞匯，能與外籍同事無障礙溝通者優(yōu)先考慮；
·有同類外企工作經驗者或英語國家留學經驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

- Excellent planning and creating abilities and innovative ideas on construction planning;
- Experience　of　large　engineering　project　design,　able　to　understand　the　requirements　of　projects　and　property　owners,　and　good　at　communication　and　coordination;
- Good knowledge of relevant national and professional standards;
- Good hand-drawing capability;
- Bachelor\'s degree or above in uban planning;
- At least 8 years experience in planning and design area;
- Fluent　oral　English,　knowledge　of　professional　vocabulary　and　ability　to　communicate　with　foreign　colleagues　without　difficulty　are　preferred;
- Working　experience　in　similar　foreign　companies　or　overseas　study　experience　in　English-speaking　countries　is　preferred.
