職 務(wù)：資深景觀設(shè)計師
專 業(yè)：建筑、規(guī)劃、景觀設(shè)計
學(xué) 歷：本科以上（含本科）
工作經(jīng)驗：8年以上
任職資格：
1、具有較強(qiáng)的綜合專業(yè)經(jīng)歷背景、較強(qiáng)的市場及經(jīng)營能力、較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊協(xié)調(diào)與組織能力；
2、八年以上景觀設(shè)計及工程經(jīng)驗，能獨(dú)立完成方案并主持運(yùn)作項目，熟悉國內(nèi)設(shè)計規(guī)范；
3、較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及表現(xiàn)能力，以及審核設(shè)計項目的能力，在景觀項目設(shè)計上提供強(qiáng)有力的概念設(shè)計或指導(dǎo)，并能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊完成項目從概念到施工圖的各階段設(shè)計工作；
4、有責(zé)任心，工作態(tài)度積極主動，具有團(tuán)隊合作精神，能適應(yīng)外企高效率工作環(huán)境；
5、有大型設(shè)計院、合資或境外設(shè)計公司的工作經(jīng)驗者，或甲方研發(fā)設(shè)計部門管理經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮。
6、具有注冊執(zhí)業(yè)資格、中、高級職稱者優(yōu)先考慮。

Education: Bachelor degree or above
Work experience: 8 years
Requirements:
1.Mixed professional background, marketing, management, coordinating and organizing ability;
2.8 years or more experience in landscape design and engineering, able to complete the design, familiar with national design specifications；
3.Strong creative concept design and presentation skills, proficiency in computer graphics software or freehand skills，able to provide a strong conceptual design or guidance, and can lead the team to complete the project from concept to complete design of construction drawings;
4.Have good communication skills and project management ability, have experience on independent operation of the projects，responsible, positive work attitude, team spirit, able to adapt to Western efficient work environment;
5.Large design institute, joint venture or abroad design firm\'s work experience is preferred；or experience in the research and development department of real estate company is preferred;
6.Licensed certification holders are preferred.
