崗位職責(zé)：
Responsibilities:
1、此管理職位將協(xié)助規(guī)劃總監(jiān)開展工作，著重于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，管理及協(xié)調(diào)各項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程并保證其質(zhì)量，監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的日常工作，并負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的專業(yè)技能等。
This management position will support the activities of the director and focus primarily on the leadership of project teams, management of the planning process and quality control of variety of projects. Supervise and mentor project team members and offer trainings.

任職資格：
Qualifications:
1、大學(xué)景觀、規(guī)劃、建筑或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor degree or superior in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Architecture Design or related design field;
2、5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中擔(dān)任管理職務(wù)2年以上，熟練掌握中國(guó)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范及業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)踐；
Minimum 5 years of related experience, over 2 years in management role; strong technical knowledge of national design codes and standard planning practices, extensive built work experience;
3、良好的統(tǒng)籌拓展業(yè)務(wù)與談判能力，誠(chéng)信穩(wěn)重，善于應(yīng)變，綜合素質(zhì)佳；
Good business management, expanding and negotiation skill; good communication skill with client and understand client\'s requirement correctly;
4、優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及管理能力，能夠同時(shí)兼顧多個(gè)項(xiàng)目及業(yè)務(wù)；
Good organizational, management and interpersonal skills, good ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently;
5、熟練掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、3D Max、Sketch-Up、Microsoft Office等相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件；
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, etc. is important;
6、有優(yōu)秀的中英雙語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及寫作能力者，有境外學(xué)習(xí)、工作或外資公司工作背景者優(yōu)先。
Strong Mandarin-English communication skills and proficiency in technical terms in English (oral and written) are preferred; working in an international firm and/or oversea education experience is preferred.
