1、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，有國(guó)內(nèi)（或國(guó)際）知名事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先；2、擁有至少5年以上在大型甲級(jí)或同等資質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主持過大型商業(yè)項(xiàng)目的室內(nèi)裝飾專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)；3、具有優(yōu)秀的方案創(chuàng)作能力和構(gòu)思創(chuàng)意，對(duì)建筑藝術(shù)有執(zhí)著的追求，具有國(guó)際化室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)新風(fēng)格，思維敏銳、活躍和較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新能力；4、有高檔酒店、會(huì)所、樣板房設(shè)計(jì)及執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)有相當(dāng)表達(dá)能力，有較強(qiáng)溝通能力，能掌控室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)整體流程，獨(dú)立完成室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)方案及深化設(shè)計(jì)，并指能導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)人員完成施工圖設(shè)計(jì)；5、具有很強(qiáng)的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)、管理能力。> Bachelor degree or above in interior design or related disciplines；Have experience in well-known design office with proficiency would be considered first
>5 years+ working experience in first-class design office；have experience in taking charge of interior design of large commercial projects would be an advantage;
> Talented professionals in concept design, also should be creative and active, know well with the international new design style.
> Experience in taking charge of luxury hotel、clubhouse、showflat projects; good communication skill、project management; also can lead the staff to finish the working drawing;
>Excellent leadership ability;
