任職要求：
1、7年實際工程經(jīng)驗，熟悉建筑及施工，施工監(jiān)理工作。具備全程參與建筑項目的經(jīng)驗。
2、很強的溝通能力以及對技術(shù)難題解決的能力。
3、有一定的管理經(jīng)驗，以及優(yōu)秀的獨立工作能力。
4、必備幕墻設(shè)計，配合經(jīng)驗。具有復雜幾何形態(tài)建筑經(jīng)驗為佳。
5、必備熟練中英文溝通能力。
6、熟知繪圖，三維及辦公軟件AutoCad,InDesign,Illustrator,PhotoshopandMicrosoftOffice的應(yīng)用；熟知3DStudio,Max/Viz,Rhino為佳
7、工資和待遇是經(jīng)驗以及資格而定。
